Some sellers are so desperate, they don't receive a dime for their timeshares -- they actually pay firms $3,000 to $4,000 cash just to take the timeshare off their hands!

To not waste time, if we feel that your timeshare will not sell at a good price, we will not accept it for listing on eBay.

However, if we believe your timeshare has sales potential, we will use our expertise to create a professional and compelling, picture-rich listing, auction it on eBay to generate the highest-possible price, collect the funds, and have escrow send you a check at final closing.

OUR 2010 COMMISSION STRUCTURE:


If we don't sell your timeshare, you pay nothing upfront.
We pay the $38 eBay listing fee, you pay nothing ever.


If we do sell your timeshare, you pay nothing upfront.
At closing, we receive 100% of the first $399 of the sales price. You receive 100% of any total sales price above $400.

Example: Sales price is $1,499. We receive $399, you receive $1,100 (plus 100% maintenance fee reimbursement, if applicable).

Example: Sales price is $399. We receive $399, you receive $0 (but you will receive 100% maintenance fee reimbursement, if applicable).

>> With a sale, we pay 100% of the $38 eBay listing fee and $35 selling fee ($73 total).
>> Buyer pays all closing costs.
>> Maintenance fee will be 100% reimbursed to you if you have paid it for the use-year your sale begins with.

To protect seller and buyer, we use an independent, licensed and bonded escrow company to handle our closings.

Remember, we assume all upfront risks and costs. If we don't sell your timeshare, we don't get paid.
A paycheck is a strong success motivator! Not surprisingly, with our money on the line, we are selective in what we accept for auction.

Seller Beware: Some operators will deceptively lead you on: "We have buyers who will pay $20,000 right now for your timeshare." (Or some inflated number.)
