We will pay the eBay listing fee, you pay nothing and owe nothing.


Escrow will send you 78% of the sales price; we receive 22%. From your share, you reimburse us $77 for the eBay listing/sales fee that we paid. That's it...no small print!

Buyers pay all closing costs, applicable maintenance fees and resort transfer fees. If you have paid the maintenance for the year your sale begins with, it will be reimbursed to you in full from buyer's funds. To protect seller and buyer, we use an independent, licensed and bonded escrow company to handle our closings.

Remember, we assume all upfront risks and costs. If we don't sell your timeshare, we don't get paid.
