If your timeshare does not sell, you pay nothing upfront, and nothing ever. We will pay the $38 eBay listing fee for a non-sale, and take all the risk.
If we sell your timeshare, you pay nothing upfront. At closing, we receive 100% of the first $356 of the sales price, plus $73 reimbursement of our actual eBay selling fees (total $429). You receive 100% of any total sales price above $429.
Example: Sales price is $1,729.
We receive $429, you receive $1,300 (plus 100% maintenance fee reimbursement, if applicable).
Example: Sales price is $429.
We receive $429, you receive $0 (but you will receive 100% maintenance fee reimbursement, if applicable).

>> Maintenance fee will be 100% reimbursed to you if you have paid it for the use-year your sale begins with. To protect seller and buyer, we use an independent, licensed and bonded escrow company to handle our closings.
Remember, we assume all upfront risks and costs. If we don't sell your timeshare, we don't get paid.
